NEW FORKS PARABOLIC FLIGHT & JAZZ CONTEST

OFFICIAL RULES

1. Sponsor. This sweepstakes (the “Contest”) is sponsored by New Forks, LLC (“New Forks”), located at New Forks, LLC, Ina Mae Rude Center, 4200 James Ray Drive, Suite 182, Grand Forks, North Dakota 58203-1968.

2. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER. Persons who wish to enter the Contest (each, a “Participant”) are not required to attend any sales presentation or to purchase any of New Forks’ products. The purchase of any of New Forks’ products will not improve a Participant’s chances of winning a prize.

3. Method of Entry. Participants may enter the Contest online by completing and submitting the Space Publication Survey located on the New Forks’ web site, www.newforks.net. To win a prize, the Participant must be the Participant who completes and submits the 10,000th, 20,000th, 30,000th or 60,000th Space Publication Survey to New Forks (each such Participant, a “Winner”). By Participating in the Contest, Participant acknowledges and agrees to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of New Forks with respect to the Contest, which are final and binding in all respects. Prizes will be awarded only to winning eligible Participants who comply fully with these Official Rules.

4. Time Period. The Contest will begin on February 9, 2007 at 9:00 a.m. Central Standard Time (the “Start Date”) and will end upon the completion and submission of the 60,000th Space Publication Survey to New Forks. No entries will be accepted before the Start Date.

5. Eligibility. The Contest is open only to legal residents of the United States (excluding Florida, New York and Rhode Island) who are eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the Start Date and possess the legal capacity to be bound by and carry out all of the terms and conditions of these Official Rules. Any person who on or after the Start Date is or was an employee or agent of New Forks is NOT eligible to participate or win prizes in the Contest, nor is an immediate family member (defined as mother, father, sister, brother, daughter, son or spouse) of any such person eligible to participate or win prizes in the Contest. Any person who resides in the same household as (a) a person who on or after the Start Date is or was an employee or agent of New Forks or, (b) is a family member of such a person, is NOT eligible to participate or win prizes in the Contest.

6. Odds. The odds of winning will depend upon, without limitation, the total number of completed and submitted Space Publication Surveys.

7. Prizes. The Participant who completes and submits the 60,000th Space Publication Survey to New Forks will receive (1) a ticket for a specialized airplane flight which will include parabolic arcs providing reduced gravity or weightlessness, and (2) a $500 cash prize. At the Winner’s discretion, this cash prize may be used for travel and lodging expenses to, at or from the locations where the specialized flight is based.

The Participant who completes and submits the 30,000th Space Publication Survey to New Forks will receive a Premium CD Package provided by www.SmoothLounge.com which includes delivery of ten (10) compact discs, one (1) baseball cap, and (1) mouse pad to this Winner.

The Participant who completes and submits the 20,000th Space Publication Survey to New Forks and the Participant who completes and submits the 10,000th Space Publication Survey to New Forks will each receive a D*Luxe CD Package provided by www.SmoothLounge.com which includes delivery of five (5) compact discs, one (1) baseball cap, and (1) mouse pad to each of these Winners.

The total cash value of the prizes is approximately $4,395.00.

There are no other prizes. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all cost of handling, delivery and any and all federal, state or local taxes, are the sole responsibility of the Winner, as applicable.

8. Winner Notification and Acceptance. Winners will be notified either by telephone or by e-mail. Each Winner must confirm acceptance of the applicable prizes by completing an Affidavit of Eligibility within five (5) days of winning notification. If a Winner does not claim the applicable prizes or confirm acceptance within the required time frame, no substitute winner for those prizes will be selected.

9. General Terms and Conditions. By participating in the Contest, Participant agrees to be bound by these rules and by the decisions of New Forks, which are final and binding in all respects. By completing and submitting a Space Publication survey, Participant agrees that the Space Publication Survey and its contents is the property of New Forks. By participating in the Contest, Participant agrees to release, discharge and hold harmless New Forks, its agents and representatives, and the officers, directors and employees of each, from any and all claims, charges, injuries, liability, loss or misdirection of the prizes. Limit one Space Publication Survey entry per web browser. Transfer of prizes is strictly prohibited. Cash substitutes for non-cash prizes will not be awarded. The Contest is void in whole or in part where prohibited by law. Each Winner may be required, as a condition of receiving a prize, to sign and return within a specified time, an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, Publicity Release, and any other forms or documents required by New Forks or by tax or other governmental authorities. New Forks is not responsible for any Space Publication Survey that is incomplete or incorrect, or for any failures, errors, or delays with respect to submission of any Space Publication Survey. Any attempt by any Participant to deliberately interfere with or manipulate the Contest, including, without limitation, by submitting multiple Space Publication Surveys, may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and may result, among other things, in disqualification from the Contest. New Forks reserves the right, without prior notice and at any time, to terminate or suspend the Contest, in whole or in part, or to modify the Contest, should any factor (including but not limited to fraud or security breach) interfere with the Contest as contemplated by these Official Rules or if New Forks believes that the Contest has been or will be compromised in any way. New Forks reserves the right to void any Space Publication Survey submitted for a prize, if it believes such Space Publication Survey was submitted other than through regular channels of business as contemplated by these Official Rules or that the entry has been tampered with in any manner. Minnesota law governs this Contest.

10. Verification. All Space Publication Surveys and any other Contest materials are subject to verification by New Forks.

11. Disclaimer. NEW FORKS DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER IMPLIED OR EXPRESS, WITH RESPECT TO ANY SERVICES OR GOODS PROVIDED BY ANY THIRD PARTY IN CONNECTION WITH THIS CONTEST, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY GOODS OR SERVICES OF ANY PARTY THAT CONSTITUTE, IN WHOLE OR IN PART, A PRIZE UNDER THIS CONTEST.

12. Contest Results. For a list of which Participants were the Winners of this Contest, mail by regular U.S. mail, postage pre-paid, a self-addressed envelope to: New Forks, Re: Contest Results, Ina Mae Rude Center, 4200 James Ray Drive, Suite 182, Grand Forks, ND 58203-1968.
